Refund & Return Policy – Event Decor Services

At our event management company, we strive to deliver premium-quality décor and flawless event experiences. Due to the nature of our services—especially the use of fresh flowers and customized setups—our refund and return policy is as follows:

1. Advance Payments

  • A partial advance is required to confirm your booking.
  • This amount is used for reservations, material sourcing, and preparation.

2. No Return Policy

  • As all décor services are customized and time-specific, returns are not applicable once the setup is executed.

3. Refund Policy

  • No refund will be issued once fresh flowers and materials have been purchased and used for your event.
  • If the event is canceled before any flowers or materials are used, a refund may be considered after a 20% deduction (service & booking charges).

4. Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation requests must be made in advance.
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for any refund due to prior arrangements and costs incurred.

5. Date Adjustment

  • One-time date change may be allowed (subject to availability) if informed in advance.
