1. Delivery Areas

Creative Event currently offers flower delivery services in the following areas:

  • Islamabad
  • Rawalpindi
  • B-17 Islamabad

Delivery availability may depend on the exact location, delivery schedule, product availability, and other operational circumstances.

For locations outside our regular delivery areas, customers may contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and any additional delivery charges.

2. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders on the date and within the delivery time selected or agreed upon when placing the order.

Same-day delivery may be available for selected products and locations, subject to product availability, order volume, and the time the order is placed.

Customers are encouraged to place same-day orders as early as possible.

During high-demand occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid, weddings, public holidays, and other special events, delivery times may be extended due to increased order volumes.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location, distance, order type, and delivery requirements.

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated or displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements or locations outside our standard delivery areas.

4. Order Confirmation

After receiving an order, Creative Event may contact the customer by phone or email to confirm the order details.

We may confirm:

  • Customer name and contact information
  • Recipient's name
  • Delivery address
  • Recipient's phone number
  • Delivery date and preferred time
  • Special delivery instructions
  • Product and order details

Orders may be processed once the required information has been successfully confirmed.

5. Accurate Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Please ensure that the following information is correct:

  • Recipient's full name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Sector/street/house or building number
  • Recipient's contact number
  • Any useful location or delivery instructions

Creative Event cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

6. Recipient Availability

The customer should ensure that the recipient or an authorised person is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.

If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may contact the recipient or the customer to arrange delivery.

If a second delivery attempt is required because the recipient was unavailable or the provided information was incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply.

For surprise deliveries, customers should provide accurate recipient contact information and any relevant instructions to help our delivery team complete the delivery successfully.

7. Flower Freshness and Product Variations

Flowers are natural products, and their appearance may vary depending on seasonal availability.

The actual flowers may differ slightly in:

  • Colour
  • Size
  • Shape
  • Bloom stage
  • Arrangement
  • Foliage

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the delivered arrangement closely matches the product displayed on our website.

If a particular flower, colour, or decorative item is unavailable, Creative Event may substitute it with a similar flower or item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, quality, and value of the arrangement.

8. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

Flower deliveries may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Heavy rain or extreme weather
  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Public events
  • Accidents
  • Security restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Unexpected delivery disruptions

While we will make reasonable efforts to minimise delays, Creative Event cannot guarantee delivery times in circumstances beyond our control.

9. Special Delivery Instructions

Customers may provide special delivery instructions when placing an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to follow these instructions; however, we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled due to practical, safety, access, or operational limitations.

For deliveries to offices, apartments, hospitals, schools, hotels, or other restricted-access locations, the delivery may need to be handed over to reception, security, administration, or another authorised person.

10. Delivery Confirmation

Where appropriate, Creative Event may confirm delivery through the recipient, customer, phone call, message, or other reasonable means.

Once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided address or an authorised recipient, Creative Event's delivery responsibility for that order will be considered fulfilled.

11. Delivery Problems

If you experience a problem with your delivery or believe that your order has not been delivered correctly, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our team will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Please provide your order details when contacting us so that we can identify and investigate the order promptly.

12. Order Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, delivery date, recipient information, or other order details, please contact Creative Event as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate changes where possible.

However, once an order has been prepared, customised, or dispatched for delivery, changes may no longer be possible.

13. Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.

Once flowers have been prepared, arranged, customised, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible because flower arrangements are often prepared specifically for the individual order.

Cancellation eligibility may therefore depend on the status of the order at the time the cancellation request is received.
