Terms of Service – Creative Event
Welcome to Creative Event. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving a partial advance payment
- All event details (date, time, location, theme) must be clearly provided at the time of booking
2. Payments
- Remaining balance must be paid before or on the event day
- Prices may vary based on customization, location, and requirements
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be informed in advance
- No refund will be issued once materials (especially fresh flowers) are purchased or used
- If canceled before execution, a 20% deduction will apply on refunds
4. No Return Policy
- All décor services are customized and time-based, therefore returns are not applicable after setup
5. Changes & Modifications
- Any changes in design or theme must be requested at least 2–3 days before the event
- Last-minute changes may not be accommodated or may incur additional charges
6. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure venue access on time
- Provide accurate location and event details
- Any delays caused by the client may affect setup quality and timing
7. Damages & Liability
- Any damage to décor items caused by guests, venue staff, or client will be chargeable
- We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (weather, power issues, venue restrictions)
8. Media & Marketing
- We reserve the right to use event photos/videos for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise
9. Service Guarantee
- We strive to deliver the closest possible design as agreed
- Minor variations may occur due to availability of materials or flowers
Agreement
By confirming your booking with Creative Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
